Using the number of simultaneous streams permitted by your chosen subscription plan -- 1, 2 or 4 connections depending on plan.
Compatible Device Usage
Accessing the service on any of the 12 supported device types listed on our website using the STBemu app or other compatible IPTV players.
Contacting Support Freely
Reaching out to our support team at any time for genuine technical assistance, setup guidance or account queries.
Prohibited Uses
Credential Sharing or Reselling
Sharing, selling, renting or distributing your portal URL, username or password to any third party outside your household is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
Commercial or Public Display
Using the service in bars, restaurants, hotels, shops or any public or commercial setting without explicit written authorisation from STBemu.pro.
Demanding Illegal or Unlicensed Content
Requesting, pressuring or demanding that we provide access to content we are not licensed to distribute, including premium pay-per-view events, restricted regional content or pirated material.
Recording and Redistribution
Recording streamed content and uploading, distributing or monetising it through any platform, channel or medium for any purpose including personal gain or public sharing.
Abusive or Threatening Behaviour
Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing language toward our support team or any STBemu.pro representative at any time through any communication channel.
Fraudulent Chargebacks
Filing fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or payment provider while continuing to use the service, or without first attempting to resolve the matter with our support team.

Account Termination

Our 3-Strike System & Zero Tolerance

We believe in fair treatment. For most violations we operate a clear 3-strike warning system. However, certain serious violations result in immediate termination without warning or refund.

First Strike -- Written Warning
A formal written warning is issued via WhatsApp or email clearly identifying the violation. No service interruption at this stage -- you have an opportunity to correct the behaviour immediately.

Second Strike -- Temporary Suspension
Your subscription is suspended for 48 hours. A final warning is issued making clear that any further violation will result in permanent termination without refund. Service resumes after 48 hours if no further breach occurs.

Third Strike -- Permanent Termination
Your account is permanently closed with no refund for unused subscription time. The MAC address and associated credentials are blacklisted from future subscriptions with STBemu.pro.
Zero Tolerance -- Immediate Termination Without Warning
Selling or reselling subscription credentials to third parties
Commercial use or public broadcasting without authorisation
Filing fraudulent payment chargebacks while using the service
Threatening, abusing or harassing our support team
Attempting to hack, reverse engineer or bypass our systems
Creating fake accounts to abuse free trial repeatedly
Liability

Our Commitments & Limitations

We take our service commitments seriously. Here is an honest breakdown of what we are responsible for and what falls outside our reasonable control.

We Are Responsible For
Delivering your subscription credentials promptly, maintaining our server infrastructure to the best of our ability, resolving technical issues within our control, responding to support requests in a timely manner, and processing valid refund requests per our Refund Policy.
Beyond Our Control
Content interruptions caused by third-party broadcasters, channel availability changes by content owners, internet service provider outages, your device or hardware failures, government-ordered content restrictions, force majeure events, or any issue originating outside our server infrastructure.
Content Disclaimer
STBemu.pro is an IPTV streaming subscription service and not a content producer. We do not create, own or control the content broadcast through our channels. Channel availability, schedules and content quality are subject to change by the respective broadcasters at any time.
Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STBemu.pro's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for your current subscription period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
General Provisions

Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. For significant changes we will provide at least 30 days notice to active subscribers via email before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Where applicable, international subscribers may also be subject to the consumer protection laws of their own country of residence.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, we ask that you first contact us directly at support@stbemu.pro or via WhatsApp to attempt an informal resolution. Most issues are resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design and materials on the STBemu.pro website are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of this website without our express written permission.

Privacy
Your use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By agreeing to these terms you also acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
