A channel or VOD content that was available and working during your free trial stops functioning after purchase and remains unfixed for more than 7 days after being reported to our support team
Device incompatibility that exists from day one of your purchase which our support team cannot resolve despite genuine troubleshooting attempts
Service quality is significantly and consistently degraded compared to what was experienced during the free trial -- such as persistent buffering across multiple channels reported and unresolved within 7 days
Accidental duplicate purchase of the same subscription plan within 24 hours
Portal credentials not delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation despite following up on WhatsApp or email
Invalid Reasons -- Not Eligible
Device or compatibility issues that arise after more than 7 days of successful usage -- if the service worked correctly for over a week, the issue is likely on the customer's end
Issues caused by the customer's own device hardware, internet connection speed, router configuration or network provider
Objection to content that was already absent or unavailable during the free trial period -- what you see during the trial reflects what is included in the paid subscription
Change of mind, finding a cheaper alternative or no longer needing the service
Dissatisfaction with support response time unless the wait exceeded several hours for an urgent technical issue -- our team typically responds within minutes

Penalty Deduction
One month's equivalent subscription cost is deducted from the refund amount as a service fee.
Transfer Charges

Free Trial Users
Customers who used the free trial before purchasing are still eligible for a refund if the reason is valid under this policy.

Partial Refund After Extended Usage

In extremely rare and well-documented situations, a partial refund may be considered for customers who have used the service for more than one month. This applies only to the following two cases:

Medical or Emergency Circumstance: A verified medical emergency or severe personal crisis that prevents any usage of the service whatsoever, with appropriate supporting documentation
