Samsung Smart TVs run Tizen OS which does not natively support STBemu APK sideloading. The recommended options are:

• Option 1 (Easiest): Connect a Firestick or Android TV stick to your Samsung TV's HDMI port and install STBemu on that device
• Option 2: Use Samsung's Developer Mode to sideload apps (advanced users only)

LG TVs run WebOS which does not support STBemu directly. The best approach is to connect a Firestick or Android TV box to your LG TV via HDMI and install STBemu on that device. On Android phone or Android TV:

• Step 1: Download STBemu from Google Play Store or from our Download page
• Step 2: Enable "Install from Unknown Sources" in Android settings if sideloading
• Step 3: Open the app --> Settings --> Add Portal
• Step 4: Enter the portal URL we send you via WhatsApp
• Step 5: Save and restart -- your channels load automatically

To find your MAC address in STBemu:

• Open the STBemu app
• Go to Settings (gear icon)
• Look for About or Device Info
• Your MAC address is displayed there -- it looks like: 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX

When you request your trial or subscription from us, share this MAC address and we will link your subscription to it.

Roku runs a locked operating system that does not support APK sideloading, so installing STBemu directly on Roku is not officially supported. • Look for the Subtitles or CC option in the player menu
• Select your preferred language

Subtitle availability depends on the channel or VOD content -- not all streams include subtitle tracks.

• Enter your desired MAC address in format XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX

Important: If you change your MAC address after subscribing with us, let us know on WhatsApp so we can update your subscription to the new MAC address.

If you experience buffering try these steps:

• Check your internet speed -- you need at least 25 Mbps for 4K and 10 Mbps for HD
• Restart the STBemu app and try again
• Restart your router and device
• Use a wired ethernet connection instead of WiFi if possible
• Clear the app cache in your device settings
• Try a different channel -- occasional buffering on a single channel is normal

If the issue persists across multiple channels, contact us on WhatsApp and we will resolve it immediately.

To restart STBemu: close the app completely and reopen it. On Firestick, press the Home button, find STBemu, press and hold the select button and choose Force Stop, then reopen it. To fully reset STBemu, go to your device Settings --> Apps --> STBemu --> Clear Cache and Clear Data. Note that clearing data will remove your portal settings and you will need to re-enter them. A portal URL is the server address that STBemu connects to in order to load your channels and subscription. It looks like: http://yourserver.com:port/. When you subscribe to STBemu.pro, we send you your unique portal URL via WhatsApp. You enter it in STBemu under Settings --> Servers --> Add Portal. Never share your portal URL with others as it is unique to your subscription.

STBemu supports parental controls through the portal settings. To manage them: go to Settings --> Parental Controls in the STBemu app. You can set a PIN to restrict access to adult content categories. The default PIN is usually 0000 if you have not changed it.
